lol...all of these responses have me dying of laughter...haha!!!
icepixycicle...I was nearly always too tired for bednastics, sometimes I wasn't drinking enough water and was slightly dehydrated, which caused my blood pressure to be very low at times. At other times, it was just plain old UC causing extreme fatigue...I was a mess...barely even able to get out of bed.
For me, I discovered that certain foods made my symptoms worse...so now I avoid them like the plague and I have more energy now...that's it. Of course I still have UC, but at least it's symptoms are way less severe now and I can handle it...I just don't like not being able to eat my favourite foods...at least for now anyway.

Currently taking herbal meds in the search to regain full health.
