I don't remember what meds you're on, but when I was taking Prednisone or Entocort, my arms would bleed easily between the layers of the skin. If I happened to lean on something too long, or just barely hit my forearm on anything, I'd get a bright red area that looked almost like a blood blister. I had so many of them that one of the social workers once started talking to me about
domestic violence - she thought I'd been beaten.
When I stopped the steroids, it stopped happening.
