I havent posted for a while, but I'm back here again with this ongoing problem - I keep getting really bad cramps wich seemed to be caused by gas moving around but that wont come out.  When I'm in bed and I turn over I sound like old radiator and its actually quite painful - plus the profane odour I seem to be emiiting is definitely not funny!
When I lie flat on my back it seems to ease things but I;m not very comfortable like that - I'm restricted to what I have have being 4 months pregnant and I'm convienced that my child will end up with hearing problems with the amount of noise I seem to be making.  Ive also started to feel quite light headed and dizzy when it starts.
Is not unbearable, but it does put me off doing anything apart from moping around-  its nearly 2 o clock and IM STILL not dressed!  I suppose I hsould be thankful its nothing major but things like this get me down.

Evie, the Mebeverine should be helping that. Since it isn't, I'd suggest asking your doc for new ideas.

Sometimes a warm heating pad will ease the pain. You also might try a semi-reclining position for sleep. Arrange several pillows or get one of those pillow wedges. I have a recliner I sleep in when I just can't lie flat. (The sleep position will also come in handy later in your pregnancy.)

I hope you find some relief soon, and congratulations on your pregnancy!
