I think it is very acidic, like cranberry juice. I'd be very careful and only have a small amount.

I drank it everyday for a couple of months, didn't notice any real IBD improvements but I felt good overall from it, so I still buy it and have it every few days, not every single day like before, it's kinda pricy for that.

I buy 100% pure juice, never the juice with anything added to it.

:)

Call me stupid, but what kind of benifits do you get from it? I am interested in finding out more on this.
Thanks

Pomegranate tastes great too!! I don't drink it, however....I rarely drink fruit juice of any kind.

Great with lamb dishes! Supposedly helps reduce cholesterol levels, too. / Old Hat (nearly 30 yrs with left-sided UC ... [etc.])

I've juiced a few before and added it to my fresh apple juice. It's good stuff but very time consuming to get all the seeds out of the fruit and through the juicer. Messy too....it stains stuff pretty bad. I'd rather have blueberries.
