Hey there,
 
 My computer kept kicking me out of the chat last night!! So frustrating! Do you have a chat service like AOL or Yahoo?? If so let me know and we can chat that way...

Meds: Rowasa enema's- Been off them since leaving Montana, praying I stay off them.
         Bentyl 10mg. As needed - Nexium 40mg. 
         Xanax .5mg as needed - Effexor 37.5mg. - Culturelle 1x a day

Wilma...I have Yahoo...will do when we connect again. Yeah, if it's not one's computer, it's the chat kicking us off...sigh. Very frustrating.

*Heather*Status: mini flare Dec 28... tapered to every 3rd night
~diagnosed January 1989 UC (proctosigmoiditis)
~5ASA: Asacol (6 daily) + Salofalk enemas (increase for flares tapered to maintenance)
~Bentylol (dicyclomine) 20mg as needed
~vitamins/minerals/supplements 
~Probiotic 3(Natural Factors Protec) bedtime + 1 (Primadophilus Reuteri) occasionally
~multi-digestive enzymes as needed ....bromelain 1 - 2x daily
~Ranitidine,Pariet (reflux) Effexor XR 75mg;  Pulmicort/Airomir (asthma)
~URSO for PSC (or PBC) 500mg X 2 daily (LFTs back to NORMAL!!)
My doc's logic.. "TREAT (FROM)BOTH ENDS"  worth it !!!

THanks Q , I hope you have a good weekend too. I'm feeling MUCH better today. I actually got out and made a little money working with this lady and her 2 horses.. it's so sad, she loves horses but has a pretty deep-seeded fear of them. So she's very timid and the 2 horses she has can sense her fear and they just walk all over her. I'm going to work with her once or twice a week and hopefully I can help her build up some confidence and be able to handle them correctly and safely. If she can't get over this fear, I'll have to suggest that she sell them or hire a hand to take care of them.

It was good to get out and do something in the sunny weather, sure helps clear the mind....

Wow....why in the world would someone who is afraid of horses have them? Hope you can get it worked out....whisper a few sweet things into their ears and tell them to give her a chance ;-)
