Hi..it depends on how low in the colon your inflammation is..it sounds as though your inflammation is limited to the rectum or slightly higher.
Is the Pentasa you're on the rectal enemas or the oral pills?
If you're not on the enemas, you should consider them.

The other thing is that the imuran may be reducing much of the inflammation even if it's slight throughout.
When was your last c-scope? what were the results?
