Does anyone know what these really feel like?

I'm not having any pain or itching... Well, I suppose when I was having a BM earlier there was a twinge of pain, but I've been having this really strange twitching feeling in my rectum area. The best way to describe it is like when your eyelid twitches, like it's a vein or muscle. I'm just wondering if maybe this is a hemorrhoid forming or something. It's really more annoying than anything!

For many, hemmies are itchy, burning and/or sore just all depends on how big or how many a person has with how uncomfortable it can be, and everyone is different.
