Hi all,
I just wanted to say hello--I have been gone from the forum for awhile now--although my colitis has stayed consistent :(
Missed you all and hope you are all doing well...it's nice to have internet again and be able to discuss this disease!

hey guys,
thanks for the warm welcome back. from late december to late january, i was flaring pretty badly. it seems to be more under control now, but i have little bouts that make me nervous. i am back in california, close to my GI, so that is good. i've been really good about staying away from problem foods (although i have been loving the oatmeal--which is hit or miss with me. i guess we all need our vices).

i was in the digestive aid aisle of walgreens yesterday and i saw this "digestive something (i can't remember)" that said it was for crohns/colitis. i didn't even bother to check it out because i think most of that stuff is junk, but if anyone has heard of it and thinks otherwise, i would love to hear it.

hope everyone is doing well!
