I haven't had a morning like this in months (maybe a year). I usually have 1 morning bm. I've already been 4 times this morning. My stomach definitely feels a little off this morning. I am "supposed" to get my period this week. I never get it but I usually have some PMS type symptoms when I would normally get it. Making me a little nervous! I did eat cereal for dinner last night so maybe it was the increase in fiber?? I'll be starting the canasa tonight before bed. OR should I use one now? Thanks for letting me complain:)

You can use up to 3 Canasa a day so you can always use one now and then one at bedtime. Hopefully this is just a minor hormonal blip and not much more. I'm sort of having an "off" day myself but nothing major. Don't you just looooove this DD????

sorry, I know how scary it is! I had some high fiber cereal and it made me super gassy....that could be it or something else new in your diet? I stopped eating those darn oranges and I am back to 1 to 2 bm's per day.

I'm having an off day too. I'm attributing it to stress - but maybe the moon, etc is out of phase and we're paying for it???

Sigh...

I am almost 100% certain I'm not (on the pill). I do have to take pregnancy tests every now and then b/c I don't get my period. We are done having babies:)

I **think** I'm recovered. Must have been something w/ my IBS this morning. Going to start the Canasa in case. Thanks everyone!
