Mine have always been oval and had a Z on them. Today I picked up a refill and they are round. I called the pharmacist and he confirmed they are the correct pills. He said it was just a different manufacturers. Makes me nervous for some reason!

My son takes Imuran 50mg and they look like headless snowmen, or a figure 8 - like two pill stuck side by side. They are kind of a pale yellowish color.

I had that happen to one of gma's pills. It was completely different then what I was used to but it was indeed the right med. Different manufacturers make different color and style pills so if the pharmacist says it's the right one then it probably is.

My meds change appearance all the time as the pharmacy changes manufacturers to get the best price. They alway put a label on mine, saying "Same medicine, different look" so I know it's not a mistake.

They told me they meant to put one of those labels on there but forgot. Thanks everyone!
