Hey everyone, I just wanted to drop in and say hi, assuming anyone even noticed I was gone! Haha tongue

During the last week of March, my boyfriend and I finally moved back to Florida and now we are pretty much all settled in. We've got a great apartment (though I wish it was a house, but hey, you've gotta start over somewhere) and I was hired for a new job the week I got here!! I'm now working as a department secretary in the surgery department of a large hospital which so far has been great. Everyone is really friendly and helpful, and it's interesting to hear about all the surgeries. They said I could even watch them at night when it's not busy if I wanted to, so maybe someday I'll get the chance to watch a colectomy or something.

Anyway, I'm currently not covered under any health insurance and won't be until July 1st, so I'm hoping I can hold out for that long! My doctors gave me a ton of samples before I left so I should be okay on meds until then. I really didn't want to pay $420 a month for COBRA and since my new job elected not to punish people for having pre-existing conditions, the gap in insurance won't matter in that regard, which is all I was worried about. Hooray!

Best part is, I can always get up and use the bathroom when I want, and there are several nearby and no one questions me or minds if I'm up a lot. I try not to be but I've been having increasing frequency lately, probably just from the stress of moving and getting everything together. It has really been crazy, I don't ever want to move out of the state again!!

Okay, enough blabbering from me. I hope you're all doing well! :)
