Hi Everyone, I have been in therapy now for 2 weeks for back pains. The pain is much better and I have 2 weeks left. They have taught me some great exercises that I can do right here at home to help the pain. It is both a pulled muscle (which is much better now) and UC. How much is UC I am waiting to find out. Had a bad flare up started last Thursday, did my exercises was able to keep going until yesterday. Belly hurt so bad laid on bed and watched LMN all day. Told therapist about it today and she says I need to concentrate real hard on doing some if just a few exercises everyday. They insist it will help and so far I must admit it is. I am much more limber and am getting to sleep in my bed, BETTER. I still wake up stiff and sore, but not like it was. I think this is the pulled muscle. The therapy is helping my stomach muscles alot. I can feel them getting stronger. They say the stronger they get, the better I am.  I am not a Obese person, just a normal wife with a little extra baggage, lol. But I think after therapy is over I am going to join the gym and try to lose a few pounds. This might help also. I am definitely going to try the Digestive Advantage. I read about it here. You guys here in Healingwell has taught me more and gave me better advice then my Dr's. I am not taking away from her it is just that she never mentioned probiotics and other things I have read about here that I can try.  Thanks Everyone for sharing your info. Take Care!!

Thanks Red and Dakota. The first day was a killer, the next day I was so sore all over I could have cried,,,lol. But now it doesn't hurt at all and I have learned so much. Very easy non-hurtful ways to exercise and get in shape and most important, ease the pain. take care and stay safe.
