The food/salads is a good thing from my perspective...if you have looser stools, then just cut back a bit. It's best to eat as many different foods as you can...again from my perspective, rather than baby your digestive tract by only eating squishy and non-fibre foods.
Sugar...at least your body knows what to do with it.
Aspartame...not a good thing on any level...that's the main ingredient in canderel from what I've read.
I'm hoping you just have a spasming bladder....that in itself can cause some irritation...but you will be checked out for IC. Do the research on it (it can be anxiety provoking)...but at least you'll be able to formulate questions for the urologist. I suggest you be ready for the appointment. Make a list of your meds, etc.
Dicyclomine helps for bladder spasming.
Oh, how old are you? Sometimes hormonal ups and downs can cause dryness in the bladder/urethra, as can autoimmune disease such as Sjogren's.
Keep us posted as to how you're doing....
You're welcome for the reply.
