I am new to this web site and I find it very helpful.  My husband has been diagnosed since January 2007.  He has never been in remission.  He has been on prednisone for a while.  Every time he goes off he gets a flare up.  He is taking 4 x2 a day Asacal, 100 mg of 6mp and a multivitamin  and probiotics.  He has been on the 6mp for over 2 months, he is in a bad flare with going about 6 ot 8 times a day with blood.  Should we be trying any thing different?  My husband is very private and we do not discuss this in detail, but I go to his doc appointments with him and that is were I find out alot.  I am glad I have this site to help me.
