Bk, that pressure is a result of rectal inflammation. I've never heard anyone complain of it occurring from the steroid enemas (usually they make it better!), but if it started with the enemas I suppose you could be reacting to something in the enema. You might try omitting the enemas for a couple of days. If it clears up, you'll know and can tell your doctor about
it. If not, you'll ned to talk to your GI anyway because you may need something different to help with the inflammation.
