Hello Everyone!

I just discovered this place today and thought I would drop a line.

My name is Sharon, I'm 24 female from Ottawa, Canada diagnosed with pan-colitis in December of 2000. I would like to say that I have been in remission for roughly two years but as of recently, that is not the case.

I am wondering if anyone has tried Goji juice and found any specific benefit from using it? Also, over the last several years I have noticed a significant drop in libido and am wondering if this could be related to UC in some way?

Any thoughts and insight is greatly appreciated!
Dx: Pan-colitis, December 2000
Current Meds: 75 mg 6MP daily
Supplements: Omega 3, Multivitamin, Probiotic, Green tea (one cup, once daily)

Hi Sharon. My name is Jenn, 26 female and I am from Canada as well.. Nova Scotia actually. Sorry to hear that your remission has come to a bit of an end, I hope your flare isn't too bad. I was in remission myself since I was first diagnosed until March of this year.. :O( Still battling away...

I have never heard of Goji juice but am interested to see what other people say about it! As for your drop in libido... sometimes the medications can be to blame and if not, it's probably the symptoms that go along with UC. I was fine until my recent flare.. I don't think it is the medications in my case. My mind wants it but my body is too tired and sore....

Hope you find some answers. :O)
