It's definitely colon/rectal spasming from inflammation that's happening..after you eat, the sigmoid and rectum will be affected through peristalsis...kind of like "
open the chute for dumping to make more room, I'm bringing in more stuff".
When you're having a bm....it's like the rectum can't hurry enough to get all the stuff out..kind of puking from the butt..lol! I call them white-knucklers...I usually do lots of whimpering during them and feel I could sleep the rest of the day afterward, I'm exhausted.
An antispasmodic should help....I use dicyclomine.
Are you using the Rowasa nightly for the past 6 weeks?
are you expecting your period soon?
Did you only have this once today or throughout the day?
