Don't know what to say about the hemis. I think I've got an internal one - or two - and they're causing me grief as well.

The pred can kill your moods! Take my mood yesterday - everything everyone did made me MAD! I'm not usually an angry person - but I have no patience right now when usually there is a bunch. I feel the same need to rip something apart and just beat on it. Miserable feeling.

I hope you find something that helps you out! Just know you're not alone!

I haven't been on steroids but for hemi pain I've tried a million things, one thing that works for me is LMX 5% it's a cream.  It is supposed to numb the pain.  It's no cure, but it helps when I have to use the bathroom and I'm in horrible pain.  Hope this helps!
3x3 colazol a day
1000 mg canasa bedtime
