The strained food, or "Firsts", is about
70% water, but will provide some needed nutruients.
And strained bananas and peaches are super on toast, especially if you warm them first. Strained veggies are a little harder for me to take. I've never eaten it in a flare, but when I worked in Pediatrics, we used to take the toast that was left on the breakfast cart and spread it with strained fruits from jars we kept in the warmer. Bananas are my fave.
