hello all, i just started 6mp on may 11th. ( 4 days ago) and tonite i have horrible lower back pain. it feels way sore like when you overwork it at the gym or are having menstrual cramps. Does anyone know if this is in anyway connected to the 6 mp?

Thanks

I've always had varying degrees of pain in my back and when I started 6mp, I started to develop more intense pain in my upper back. An odd feeling - sort like a pressure type pain. I mentioned it to my doc but he said that it may have been a coicindence because I mean I DO have the history of back pain. But it just seemed strange that my upper back would start acting up at the same time I started 6mp. The pain lasted a couple months in which I just managed with Tylonel and Skelaxin. But eventually the pain lessened about the same time my body became accustomed to the 6mp. So I don't know if there is a connection or not but if it continues to get worse or doesn't go away, maybe see your primary to rule out other reasons for the pain.
