Coffee, without any doubt, gets my body moving any time of day. Here's my idea:
- Put on two pairs of well fitting underpants and a pair of jeans;
- Go for a nice brisk walk of about
10 to 15 minutes;
- Come back home and drink nice large cup of coffee;
- Get stuck into some house chores such as sweeping, mopping etc that makes u move around a lot.
That is a guaranteed winner for me if I need to get it all moving
