Hi folks, I haven't posted in a while but I wanted to share with you something. I started Fivelac for GHT which is a probiotic and my bleeding stopped after 5 days. I've always said my issue was partly due to yeast overgrowth. There's so much out there to read on yeast issues that it's best you google it to read more on it. Too much yeast in the colon says it can lead to IBS, Chrons and colitis. Anyways, I have tried the VSL #3 and many other probiotics and nothing helped but this Fivelac. I'm following a healthy diet he best I can, gluten free and sugar free diet.

There's a yeast die-off period which is called Herxheimer reaction and I totally felt it in the first week. My knees ached, headaches and just felt run down all day. It has been well worth it. Even now the beginning of my BM's are formed (the color has changed) and then go to mush. I haven't had formed bm's in 3 years!

I just wanted to share with you also, I also am starting with ANOTHER doctor, a new natural path that is going to do some thorough testing.

I don't believe UC is or it isn't, there's a cause to what is going on with me and I'm not giving up. It's been 3 years with this diagnosis.
