So yesterday I woke up feeling nauseated.  I went down stairs to drink my CIB and take my pills.  Went through the day feeling really, really tired and still nauseated.  Didn't eat much.  Had a massage that I had scheduled a couple of weeks ago.  Went home to relax.  Vomitted up slime - which is "normal" for me when my GERD acts up.  Didn't sleep well.

This morning - still feeling icky - went to take my pills with my CIB and YIKES! there were yesterday's AM pills still in the cup.  Now, normally not a huge deal - but I'm still on 10mg of pred...

Today I'm cramping.  I made sure to get my pred in this morning.  I'm afraid this is going to set me back.  I just feel like I'm forgetting everything lately...

I probably should go home and rest/nap.  But I took a lot (or what I consider a lot) of sick days in April.  The darn guilt!  Also, work distracts me a little from every twinge in my guts.

Okay - whine over.

Hey Dakota,

Sorry to hear you're feeling bad... I know what you mean though about staying busy to keep your mind of things. Especially when it's your guts... Just make sure you don't overdo it and end up REALLY sick. Eat a bland diet and drink lots of water for a few days, and REST. Do you think maybe you have a touch of the flu?

Hoping you feel better soon!! ~Susie
