Psyllium hulls can greatly assist in sealing up the "leaky gut". I must say, since I have been on psyllium husk caps, I have fewer BM's. (for me, that's a good thing) The probiotics have really helped me, as well. Thanks again to pb4 for recommending the Primodophilus Reuteri. They work the best, for me. Obviously, diet must have something to do with leaky gut. Leaky gut is actually common once fungi become active in the intestines.
