Is it possible that Humira can work when Remicade did not or should we go towards Methotrexate?

It's definitely possible, although far from a sure thing. I think I remember my doctor's research nurse saying they were getting about 25% on their clinical trials for people who had failed Remicade. If your insurance will cover, it might be worth a short try, anyway.
