I take mine in the morning when I get up (on school days around 6:30ish and on weekends 9ish). My afternoon dose I take when ever I get home from school (which can be at 2:30pm or 6pm depending on what I stay after for) and I take the last dose when I get ready for bed (some time between 10pm and 11pm usually). I almost always remember to take my medicine though occasionally realize I forgot to take my afternoon medicine when it's like 9pm and either I'll take it then along with my last dose.

I take mine at 8am, 2pm, and 9pm. I set my phone alarm to go off three times a day. I don't forget but there has been the occasional 3pm for midday.

I don't eat at the same time every day so meals doesn't work (and have no problems taking them without food) but I am always up by 8 and still awake at 9pm so it works

I can handle them best on a full stomach, so I take them right after every meal.  It's like a part of the meal, so I never forget.  3 at breakfast, 3 at lunch, 4 at dinner.

Well, I'm suppose to take mine #3 X3 a day, but I always forget my mid-day dose--and it doesn't seem to make a difference, 6 vx. 9 pills.  So, I have been wondering if I should ask GI MD if I can decrease from 9 to 6 officially.  But, to answer your question, if I take as prescribe, basically morning, noon, night, give or take.  I believe my MD said they work best if they are spread out so your body has consistant exposer.
Anyone else forget there prescribe dose on a regular basis?
