I'm pretty new to all this and trying to maintain myself for my job. I'm airborne infantry, and as it stands I'm not allowed to run or ruck or jump from a plane. Kinda defeats my job description. Fitness is a big deal to me personally, before this started in Iraq I was training to fight, and now I'm looked on as a cripple. I was wondering if anyone had any workout tips, especially for more intense work. And if anyone has had to deal with this in the military I'm all ears to anything you have to say.
