Hi everyone.  I had the flex sig today.  It went fine.  The doctor was so pleased to see how good my colon looked.  He said it looked like a normal rectum.  I still feel wierd talking about stuff like this but I am getting used to it.  Anyhow, he did take a bunch of biopsies and I shlould know in about a week if there is any dysplasia.  Thanks so much for praying, keep praying for no displasia.  I asked if I still have ulcerative colitis.  He said yes, it is actually ulcerative proctitis.  I still take all of the meds.  I am thankful they are working.  Have a good day. Great news! Clearly the medications are keeping the UC in check, quite possibly the dysplastic-looking cells were the result of inflammation. Have a super weekend now that your mind is at rest.
