I'd wait until the cramping is gone before starting raw veggies and fruits like apples. Softer fruits like bananas, peaches, pears are a good place to start. Start with a small amount, then wait a couple of days to see how you feel. You probably want to save higher-fat foods for last, because they are the hardest to digest. Things like pork, fast food (if you just can't resist), etc.
Remember, even though your symptoms are better, your colon is still healing. Challenge it gently and carefully. Good luck, and I'm glad to hear you're feeling better!
