Slim, I don't want to scare you, but I would get to the doctor if I were you, or at least call. Those can be signs of a heart attack. The shoulder pain, nausea, pressure, it probably isn't but you may want to get it checked. My dad was once having similar symptoms, shoulder pain, etc. I told him to get to the ER and it was not a heart atack-can't remember what it was. Just be careful, call your doc.
