what options are left after Imuran?

Is it really just remicade and a possiblitity of humira and then sugery?  (I cannot take any 5ASA's).
 
Also, I am not really interested in doing a trial for something that is not FDA approved for some disease.  b/c I do want to start a family.
 
That is what I was thinking, I will be seeking addti'l info from another Dr. but is that the basic pared down reality?

UC dx'd 03/00 (Proctosigmoiditis); Pancolitis since 09/07
Azathioprine 200mg 1xday nightly; Calcium and Vit D 500mg 3xday, Multi Vit, Folic Acid 400mg 2xday, Prilosec, Probiotics.
Minimal Change Disease (Kidney Disorder) dx'd 09/07 - partial remission since 03/08
Prednisone 40mg 1xday, Simvastatin 20mg 1xday, Diovan 160mg 2xday. Tekturna 150mg 1xday, Fosomax 70mg 1xweek. MCD may be from hypersensitivty to 5ASA drugs.  Do you have edema? If so, check your blood protien level!

After asacol, pred, entocort, 6-mp, and Remicade I opted for a bowel rest. That got me into remission along with amitriptyline

In terms of traditional medical treatment, yes, Remicade and Humira are the end. And technically, Humira is still classified as research.
