Hey what kind of multi-vitamins are you guys taking? And I heard that we lack folic acid from taking 5ASA meds??? I'm thinking about taking the Vita-cell from Max Muscle. It's in liquid form,so I heard that the absorbtion rate is better.Probiotics as well? Where can I get some for a reasonable price?

I no longer take a multi-vitamin supplement. I have re-arranged my diet to include my RDI of each of the elements in my weekly meals.

Just go through the list of vitamins, then search for foods rich in each.

Good dose of green leafy vegies, some carrot and a side of chicken and fish covers most of them.
