hi winni. this is crazy harry (i post over at the crohns disease board) - we met at the ccfa meeting last wednesday. an email wasnt listed for you so i'm emailing you here. just wanted to say it was good to meet you. and hang in there cos i am sure something positive is gonna happen - it seemed to me as if you are doing everything right! the one thing i always found solace in was that no matter how much it sucked, no matter how bad i felt, you'd hear stories of people worse off then you. i know that sounds messed up, but it helped me put things in perspective and be thankful for what i had and that i could at least function on some level. enjoy what you can when you can and hopefully you have a good support group around you. feel free to contact me any time. i know the diseases are technically different, but they are still very similar.
btw, ob people's co-op is now selling their cook book. lots of yummy vegan/vegetarian dishes. thought you'd be interested.
