look into getting a sling style carrier for your little ones. i know how difficult it can be to have to poop while holding a baby and i can hardly imagine having to do it 10-20 times a day. then also if you're out somewhere and have to go you don't have to worry about getting the kid out of a stroller that wont fit into the stall because they are already secured to you, in the sling, hands free. my sling has been a life saver when chris has got to go. plus, the babies LOVE being all snuggled tightly in a sling. emily always goes right to sleep in hers. i've tried several different types of sling and so far my fav has been the peanut shell pouch style sling. hope this helps.

 Prevacid 30mg 1x daily
 Prednisone 15mg 1x daily

Good suggestion UC Mommy. My niece uses one of these slings too and she doesn't have UC, but has had a C-Section with each of her daughters...it helped a lot!

Some are also really helpful for discrete public nursing if you're breastfeeding.
