I see my Doc tomorrow and I'm really worried. Now that I'm on the Rosawa's I'm worried I'll be taken from the combat line. Does anyone have any non-prescription ideas for me? I started cinnamon a week ago and I've been taking Omega-3 since before I was sick on and off.

I'm not sure what exactly you have or what meds you are on but here are some ideas I've found from reading on the forum. Taking probiotics, drinking lots of water, eating a can of spinach every day, taking forvia (A supplement made for people with UC, on-line). I hope it goes well for you and I hope you are feeling better soon.

You can try bee propolis if you aren't allergic to bees. Mucosaheal....can't remember who makes it(imex?). You can google it and get the info. What about the cortifoam.....way easier to take and worked like a charm for me.
