Hi Guys,
Just got back from GNC and CVS and I bought culturelle and the A pearls.  (I won't even bother to spell it).  Which do you all think is better?  Can I take them both?  I also bought fish oil that is 900 mg.  Is that the norm?
Sorry so many questions.  Me and UC are still getting acquainted!! LOL

Not exactly sure. I did want to mention in case you didn't know...after you open the probiotics, regrigerate them. That is what I've been told, even if the bottle doesn't say so.

I take the Acidophilus Pearls (you don't have to put them in the fridge). We have a lot of members that use culturelle and have success. I give it to my toddler (does not have UC) whenever he has an upset tummy and it always works!
