Has anyone tried kefir ?  Not the store bought but home grown.
I started drinking it in January and got off my meds in March.
Symtom free ever since. Exept the massive hemmies I think
they will always be there now.  I think all the probiotics and good yeast in Kefir force my
guts to function normal. First time since 1991 I got off meds with out a flare.
If I go 2 more months with out some kind of flare that will be my record
since Diagnosed. I have kefir grains if you want to make your own
I will mail some to you. They grow and multiply.
Just email me

I have looked into this, but have not tried it yet. I found some info on Kefir for those interested...

Sounds like you have a good thing going for you. I might have to look into it.

Definitely good stuff.  Highly recommend.
I tend to stay away from the red flavors.  They're often colored with beet juice, and that leaves a kind of. . . postage stamp aftertaste.
