Good luck, you can do it!! I believe exercise will be very beneficial. Even just walking, I use a pedometer every day to count my steps. My goal everyday is 10,000 steps (I don't always make it) People have told me at least 100 calories less a day and 10,000 steps will help melt away some extra weight. The pedometer is a good motivator, it's fun to see how many steps you got and makes you want to walk. It also counts aerobic steps after 10 min of non stop walking. I use the Omron brand, I have the one that has software for the computer and you download your data and it keeps track for you. I like it a lot, it's around 35.00, but worth it. Have a great day.
