Align - doc gave me sample and it works pretty good so bought more.  I tried Primal Defense but had too much gas and headache so I stopped (not sure if that was it) and went back to Align which agrees with me.  The Dannon yogurt drink helped also.

Another vote for Primadophilus Reuteri made by natures way, I've used the powder but find the caps much easier (have never tried the pearls).

Dr-A,
How long had you been taking Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics 12 PLUS?

What is your personal exprience of this Dr. Ohhira's vs others like VSL#3?

How much does it cost in your country?

I am interested in this probiotics as it's available in my country.
Or other members taking such probiotics?

Thank.

I have been using it 4 months now. I've never used VSL#3, but I can compare it to just about every other probiotic that's gonna be listed here. The black mess that's inside Ohhira's capsules is just gross, and doesn't taste to good if you stick it on your tongue. I always play with the insides of those capsules, because I end up using them in enema form at times. These probiotics killing the big bout of D I had, plus the 260 reviews from iherb has sold me on them. I got the professional blend this last time. The first couple weeks I loaded myself with this stuff from both ends. 5 in the mouth, every other day 5 mixed with 30ml water up the other end holding it all night.

Different people need different things though, so be patient and try them all till you find what works.

Great question,

Now that you ask about probiotic's?  What about the vitamin thing too?  Is this a conversation for the doc?  Or is it just something that I should go out and do?
