Ways to make me poop?

I have a stool test that i neeeeeed to get in to the lab. Problem is.... I am only passing mucous and yucky stuff... I filled three of the things... but theres one HUGE one for c-diff and I can't fill it.

What are something that will make me really have to go! LOL I can't take fiber supplements because I have a colonoscopy on monday. HELP

Diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis March, 07

Medications
Lialda - 4 pills in the morning w/ food.
Canasa suppositories

What about Miralax? This is a super gentle laxative though it won't give you instant results. Sometimes it takes several hours for it to work. Or you can call your doc to see what his/her recommendations are.

Diet Coke or coffee for me....the Miralax is probably better though!

I've heard that scrambled eggs can do it, but haven't really noticed if that does work or not.

diagnosed with uc 27 years ago.  Enojoyed 20 year remission with just minor blips here and there (approximately 16 of those years without any meds)
 
In a flare for 2 very long years which Asacol didn't help at all.  Finally in remission again since Jan 2008, can't believe it..............
 
currently on Sulfasalazine 2 tabs 3x day. Folic acid, mesalamine enema once a week. Omega 3, Probiotics, multi vitamin, calcium supplement, Biotin 5000mcg, Fibercon.

coffee and the smell of cigarette smoke make me have to poop real bad!
 
get a turbo iced coffee w/milk or a something w/double cappucino from starbucks and hold on for a bumpy ride!

UC dx'd 03/00 (Proctosigmoiditis); Pancolitis since 09/07
Azathioprine 200mg 1xday nightly; Calcium and Vit D 500mg 3xday, Multi Vit, Folic Acid 400mg 2xday, Prilosec, Probiotics.
Minimal Change Disease (Kidney Disorder) dx'd 09/07 - partial remission since 03/08
Prednisone 15mg 1xday, Simvastatin 20mg 1xday, Diovan 160mg 2xday. Tekturna 300mg 1xday, Fosomax 70mg 1xweek. MCD may be from hypersensitivty to 5ASA drugs.  Do you have edema? If so, check your blood protien level!

f you ate yesterday then you should have something in the colon to come out.

Coffee should work.?
*Heather*Status: mini flare Dec 28... tapered to every 4th night
~diagnosed January 1989 UC (proctosigmoiditis)
~5ASA: Asacol (6 daily) + Salofalk enemas (increase for flares tapered to maintenance)
~Bentylol (dicyclomine) 20mg as needed
~vitamins/minerals/supplements 
~Probiotic 3(Natural Factors Protec) bedtime + 1 (Primadophilus Reuteri) occasionally
~multi-digestive enzymes as needed ....zymactive 3 - 5x daily
~Ranitidine,Pariet (reflux) Effexor XR 75mg;  Pulmicort/Airomir (asthma)
~URSO for PSC (or PBC) 500mg X 2 daily (LFTs back to NORMAL!!)
My doc's logic.. "TREAT (FROM)BOTH ENDS"  worth it !!!

thanks for everything guys....

before your posts though i just decided the most lethal thing i had was a piece of pizza..... as soon as i ate about 4 bites... i ran to the bathroom and finished my sample YAY lol!

Every time I've had c-diff. tests I haven't had to fill the whole container. They should only need about a quarter size amount. They should have provided directions for you.
Diagnosed with UC March 2007; yet to go into complete remission
Asacol 4 tablets 3x/day; Rowasa every 3-4 nights; Canasa every 3 nights;
Nature's Way Primadophilus Reuteri 1/day; Chewable multivitamin; Metamucil; Viactiv; Zinc supplement every few days
