Have any of you heard of a man named Jordan Rubin or "The Makers Diet"?  A friend of a friend knows him and told my husband about it.  I was wondering if you guys thought it was legit or not.  This guy claims to have put himself into remission using these basic principles.  He has Crohns.  Any feedback would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I have heard it's not legit, but I've also heard some people have been helped a lot from Rubin's diet. Personally, I am weary of anyone who wants me to pay a hefty some of money to buy lots of their supplements in order to make me feel better. I've personally never tried his products though.
