Has anyone tried this in conjucting with their therapy? It's suppose to be a natural anti inflammatory, maybe a substitute for Prednisone? Thoughts....or am I just dreaming?  -> My blog

I've heard of it, but I've never tried it. I read that Buchu was good too. Don't boil the leaves. I would need to read more about it before I took it tho.
