Hi and welcome to Healingwell. It takes a while for the medication to work but you should ask your doc about putting you on rectal meds if you are still having difficulty. Yes, it's a hard slap in the face to have a chronic illness at any age but I imagine it's even tougher when you are younger. You came to the right place for support and I am glad you found us.
