Is 5-ASA an immuno-suppressant?

1 Pentasa Suppository / day
Fish oil 3/day (omega 3 only)
Multivitamin and mineral 1/day
Folic Acid 1/day
Aloe Vera 3/day
Specific Carbohydrate Diet SCD
Turmeric 3/day
Currently in no mans land between flare and remission

No, not an immuno-suppressant. It is a compound with anti inflammatory and anti oxidant properties but does not suppress the immune system.
Left Sided UC
Maintenance Meds: Salofalk tablets (Asacol) 2 tablets 4 times daily (4gm total) plus 2 Salofalk foam enemas per week.
Flare Meds: Salofalk enemas and/or Colifoam
Oat bran 60grams daily, Metamuscil and multivitamins

OK thanks I was looking to get a food sensitivity test but they can't do it if I am on immunosupressants
