Wow...all a matter of perspective, clearly! I hope the new doc pans out for you and that you'll be able to finally get things under control..consistency helps a lot, especially with a doctor that's honest and wanting to work with a patient.
If the tissue is very fragile, I can see the nozzle causing bleeding. It doesn't make sense that they're so flat..sheesh. Interesting, however, that the bleeding stops after the lubricant..so that could very well be the case.

My doc's logic.. "TREAT (FROM)BOTH ENDS" worth it !!!
