You can either A) Use Prep H suppositories or cream during the day or B) Call your GI to see if he/she will prescribe steroid suppositories. I have an internal one and they can be quite uncomfortable especially when using rectal meds but when I go on rectal meds, I end up killing two birds with one stone. I can only use steroid enemas so it does double duty by reducing the inflammation in my colon as well as my hemmie.
