I'm getting ready to leave on a trip. Is it okay to take vitamins / supplements with you?

Flew to Ireland and back with both prescription and OTC pills/supplements.  For prescription pills, best to get a doctor's note and/or copy of original prescription and carry the pills in their prescription-labeled containers.  For OTC, best to carry pills in their original container/boxes.  I have a friend who had trouble bringing pills in one of those unlabeled reminder boxes.  As long as it's labeled, even if your bag is searched you should be fine.

We are frequent fliers and have never had any problems with scripts or OTC. Possibly these are famous last words...

Bon Voyage! Belle
