I have really odd symptoms,  its symptoms that I get when I"m flaring,  but none of the GI part of it....its odd.   I have been tapered off the prednisone for a few weeks now,  and initially I attributed it to that,  but I haven't bounced back yet.   I have joint aches,  severe fatigue,  and canker sores in my mouth,  but no diarrhea,  blood ,  mucous,  or urgency, or pain.  Its odd...i talked to my doctor on thursday, and he ordered some bloodwork,  a CBC,  thyroid and vit b12 level.  My CBC was a bit low on RBC's but not any worse than in the past,  and my HGB and HCT were ok,  the rest was all ok...so I don't understand...its weird..I'm just so tired of being so tired and achy!!

I'm finding that it takes me a while to "bounce back" after a flare. I know what you mean - the BMs are pretty normal, no blood, mucous, etc., just all those lingering side effects. The fatigue is the most annoying. But, I also find that when I start to feel better, I feel really great for a while. Then, another flare. :( Oh, the ups and downs of this disease! Hope you're feeling well soon.
