I have arthritis and it seems that uc has aggrevated it.  I woke up in the middle of the night and my hands were curled up in a C and the bottoms of my feet ached like I had been standing on them all day.  When I got up I worked my hands open, but my feet still ached and my body was stiff.  Seems I am a bit more fatigued today.  Does anyone else experience this?

Thanking you in advance,

Well, both IBD and Arthritis are auto-immune disorders and one can affect the other. I never feel arthritic until I have a UC flare, then I have certain fingers and a thumb that ache until I get the flare under control.

Hope you can work it out soon,
Elizabeth
