I did the coconut oil capsules three times a day, began using coconut milk in my cereal and also for cooking, and started using coconut oil instead of olive oil. After a couple of months I decided the only thing I was doing was increasing my caloric intake, with no health benefits that I noticed. So that went by the wayside. Keep in mind that what did or didn't work for others doesn't necessarily mean that it will/won't work for you. Trial and error is the best way to find out what is helps you. No harm in trying something new, especially if it might be your ultimate relief from GI problems.
